2. What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to share it with us — for example through our website review contact form, by email, or during a project consultation. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data such as health records or payment card details through this website.

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, review websites you submit, prepare proposals, communicate about projects, deliver services, issue invoices, and maintain relevant business records. We do not sell your personal data.

Enquiries submitted through our contact form are processed via Formspree, a third-party form delivery service. Form data is transmitted to us by email and stored according to Formspree’s own privacy and security practices. Please do not submit confidential information you are not comfortable sharing through an online form.
6. Third-party services & links
Our website may connect to or display content from third parties, including Formspree (form delivery), WhatsApp/Meta (if you choose to open a chat link), Google Fonts (typography), Hostinger CDN and other media hosts (images and video), and Unsplash or similar stock providers used in demo content. These services may process technical data such as IP address, device information, or usage data under their own policies when you interact with them.
7. Data retention
We keep enquiry and project-related data only for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, support ongoing relationships, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer required, subject to lawful retention obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be reflected in our cookie banner where appropriate.
