Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2025

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to the FastRedesign website at fresh.fastredesign.com and your use of our enquiry and marketing materials. The website and design services are operated by Cheniteli OÜ (registry code 17077395), Kesklinna linnaosa, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, trading as FastRedesign / Cheniteli Lab. Separate written proposals or contracts apply to paid project work.

2. Services we provide

FastRedesign provides website review, redesign, UI/UX improvement, and related support for established service businesses — including salons, clinics, wellness studios, therapy practices, and similar appointment-based businesses. Deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and fees for a specific project are defined in your individual proposal or statement of work.

3. Website use

You may browse this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape content at scale, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights. Content on this site — including text, visuals, layouts, and case studies — is owned by us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

4. Enquiries & submissions

When you submit our contact form or otherwise send us information, you confirm that the details are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share any business materials you provide. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Case studies & demo content

Some case studies on this website use demo, anonymised, or NDA-protected examples to illustrate our approach. They are provided for informational purposes and may not represent live client websites. Portfolio use of completed client work is addressed in individual project agreements.

6. Client responsibilities

If you engage us for a project, you agree to provide timely feedback, accurate business information, and assets you are authorised to use (such as logos, photography, and brand materials). Delays in providing required inputs may affect delivery dates. You remain responsible for the accuracy of business claims, legal notices, and third-party integrations on your live website after launch.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you receive ownership of the final project deliverables specific to your website after full payment. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, methods, and general know-how. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing unless a non-disclosure agreement states otherwise before work begins.

8. Payment

Payment terms are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed differently, projects typically require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due before final handover or launch. Invoices are issued by Cheniteli OÜ. Late payment may pause delivery until the account is settled.

9. Timelines & revisions

Timelines are estimates based on agreed scope and timely communication. Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional work outside scope may be quoted separately at an agreed hourly rate or change order.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Website content is provided for general information. We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, traffic, conversion rates, or uninterrupted availability of the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheniteli OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific paid project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

11. Third-party links & tools

Our website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Formspree, or external media hosts. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. Optional cookies and analytics are described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project if the other materially breaches the agreement and fails to remedy it within 14 days of written notice. If you terminate without our breach, the deposit is non-refundable and you may be invoiced for work completed beyond the deposit value.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If that fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where prohibited by law.
